Confirm Your Safari
Once you are happy with your itinerary, we confirm availability with lodges, camps, guides, transport providers, airlines, permit offices, and other safari partners.
To secure your booking, a deposit or required payment will be needed. Your invoice and payment schedule will clearly show what is due and when.
Where possible, we keep the booking process simple, transparent, and flexible, with no hidden surprises.

Prepare for Departure
Before you travel, we help you prepare with the essential information you need for a smooth safari.
This may include packing guidance, visa reminders, health and vaccination considerations, luggage limits, flight details, transfer times, emergency contacts, tipping guidance, travel insurance reminders, and destination-specific advice.
